I had my first-ever hair consultation with Charlotte - what an absolute game-changer. She asked all the right questions, ones no other stylist had ever asked, and instantly made me feel understood and comfortable. Professional, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations, she explained everything clearly while keeping the whole experience fun and relaxed. She’s got that perfect balance of being super professional while also having such a fun, down-to-earth vibe.

That said, Charlotte isn’t just amazing at what she does, she’s one of those genuinely lovely people you’re glad to have met. I can’t wait for her to work her magic on my hair and for the great chats still to come!
