I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Kouturelocs today! Charlotte was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She really knows her craft and took the time to explain everything and offer advice on caring for my Sisterlocks.

I felt completely comfortable and confident in her hands. I’m so pleased with my hair and couldn’t be happier with the service. It’s refreshing to find a loctician who is genuinely passionate about what she does.

My stylist was fast, professional, and pleasant, and the retightening itself was surprisingly comfortable. Everything ran right on time, and I really appreciated the great advice on maintaining my hair between sessions. Highly recommend!

Charlotte is very proficient in her work. She works very fast whilst maintaining a friendly, relaxed attitude which puts you at your ease. (She also has some nice music 😄)
